Peter Fan is a distinguished expert in the medical industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Beginning as an Associate Researcher at the Cancer Research Institute, his work on pivotal cancer research projects earned him significant recognition. Later, Peter took on key roles in the pharmaceutical sector, including Medical Manager at Sanofi and Training Manager at Novartis, where he added considerable value. In 2002, he founded Willingjet, offering specialized translation and localization services to prominent life sciences brands. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Chemistry.

Michael is a prominent figure in the medical translation industry with an extensive background in drug regulatory affairs. Co-founding Willingjet Life Science in 2002, he has significantly contributed to supporting drug development with professional translation and global language services. His technical expertise also led him to pioneer translation technologies, aiming to continuously improve efficiency and quality. Michael's academic foundation is with two Bachelor's degrees—one in Business Administration and another in English Language and Literature.

As the Head of US Operations and an early Angel Investor, Alessandro Bignasca recognized the potential in the life science and clinical translation industry. His strategic foresight led to the company's successful launch in the United States. With extensive experience in clinical research, Alessandro has contributed to sectors including clinical supply, AI-driven SaaS platforms, and medical devices. Fluent in English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish, he effectively connects with diverse stakeholders and leads in global health innovations.

Elke Paris is the Director of EMEA Operations at Willingjet Life Science, where she leverages her extensive experience since October 1994. Her expertise includes linguistics, regulations, strategic consulting, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector in Europe. A seasoned professional in medical translation and review, Elke has a strong background in facilitating product development and linking clients with regulatory professionals in Europe.

Yu Dian has been living and working in Japan for over 15 years, bringing more than a decade of expertise in Japanese translation and interpretation, particularly within the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. With over three years of project and account management experience with local Japanese clients, Yu currently oversees Willingjet’s Japan office. In this role, Yu manages both in-house and freelance translators, ensuring the highest quality of translation services for our clients in Japan.

Currently leading the eCTD Team at Willingjet Life Sciences, is an expert in electronic submissions for pharmaceuticals. His tenure at Pfizer as a Publishing Team Lead and PPLS Manager honed his skills in document publishing and management for drug regulatory processes. Richard's educational background includes a Master's in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry and a Bachelor's in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This blend of technical expertise and academic knowledge makes him a key player in Willingjet's focus on enhancing electronic submission strategies in the pharmaceutical sector.

Angelika can look back on a career in linguistic consulting and management, spanning over 30 years and several countries, among them Ireland, Germany, Italy, China and Singapore. She brings a wealth of knowledge in translation, language evaluation, and quality management. Her deep understanding of localization processes and her ability to manage multilingual teams have made her a sought-after specialist in the industry. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality language services, Angelika continues to contribute significantly to the field of linguistic management.
